Don’t let criticism affect your inner balance

As a soul leading a human life it’s your birthright to experience the abundance of the universe. Developing a deep level of self-knowing reconnects you back to ‘why’ you’re here. As we stand at a pivotal moment in Earth’s evolution, you play a vital role in where we move to next. Day to day your decisions, thoughts, emotions and feelings are being influenced that creates nurtures all life. There is always an inner critic, a voice in high volume as for e.g. I am suffering, I am not good enough, inadequacy, frustration, struggle, incompetence etc. Truly your limitations-it’s your own imagination. To trust and change a negative criticism into a new possibility is great blessing to unfold things. It has to be a daily commitment. We need to be in a daily dialogue with ourselves. When you trust in your relationship with self, your desires come into your life faster than you can imagine. The path begins to clear and you can see things easily. There are few steps and tools that may help to uplift change. Identify the source of criticism, how is it serving you and what is the learning from the criticism. Tap into the feelings of what you desire. Establish a spiritual relationship of your own understanding, your commitment to this way of living will unleash the presence of your power and help you relinquish the need to control so you can relax into a sense of certainty and freedom.
