Gilgit Baltistan

Gilgit Baltistan are those parts of Jammu and Kashmir which are under the illegal occupation of Pakistan and India has persistently been insisting upon Pakistan to vacate these and other areas occupied by it with by employing deceit and launching of aggression. It is also a fact that despite numerous and persistent measures to change the demography of these areas, and launching cultural invasion there, the inhabitants are feeling restive and are up in arms against the Pakistan occupation and exploiting their rich mineral resources.
In a vain bid to attempting imparting of fake political activities , Pakistan in its fresh move is contemplating to install what it calls as “care taker Government” and conduct elections. This move by Pakistan has been vehemently opposed by India terming it as bringing about “material change” to territories under its illegal and forcible occupation. India has also pooh poohed Pakistan apex court’s ruling over the issue. Pakistan has virtually sublet exploiting the rich resources of the region to China which India has been regularly opposing. Construction of Diamer – Basha dam with China in the region is indicative of Pakistan’s diabolical moves.
