Kashmir Bhawan Calling
Respected Baradari Member,
Namaskar,
On behalf of the entire Executive Council, I extend warm greetings to you and your family on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri. May Lord Shiva bless our entire community with peace, prosperity, and good health.
Construction of the Bhawan
I earnestly appeal to all members of the community to contribute generously towards the completion of our Bhawan. We are presently facing a shortage of funds to complete this dream project. The entire Executive Council is actively working to mobilize resources and secure the required financial support. In view of the ongoing construction and the incomplete status of the building, the Executive Council has decided not to organize the Annual Mahayagya this year. We are hopeful that, with your continued support and cooperation, the project will be completed by the end of this year. Your contribution will help us achieve the timely completion of this cherished initiative.
Community and Relief Activities
Several important activities were undertaken during the past month. Our team has been working diligently and quietly on relief-related matters. Multiple meetings were held in January with the Divisional Commissioner (Revenue) to streamline and expedite the relief process. The Government's decision regarding Amnesty for AMR beneficiaries in Delhi is currently pending approval with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). The KSD team is vigorously pursuing the matter with the concerned authorities, and we remain hopeful that the necessary approval will be granted soon.
