Red Fort Blasts Speak About New Radicalization in Kashmi Dynastic Politicians as Sympathizers

The recent car bomb blast at Red Fort Delhi, in which so many precious lives lost their lives and so many got hurt and injured speaks a lot about the process of radicalization of the young educated Muslim youth from Kashmir, to perform such heinous crimes as terror activities. It gets confirmed that the militancy and terror activities have not ended in Jammu and Kashmir at all which is claimed by the central government often. It adds testimony to the fact that the displaced Kashmiri Pandits from Kashmir have often been saying that terror and its modules are deep rooted in Jammu and Kashmir, particularly in Kashmir, as they are its basic victims and continue to be so. This is where the Islamic terror modules in Kashmir in 1989-90, conspired initially to drive out the Kashmiri Pandits from Kashmir with the support of the local Muslims and the silent support of dynastic Muslim politicians, to rear such fundamentalists Islamic terror activities unnoticed and unobserved as Pan Islamic fundamentalism in Kashmir. Now the radicalization of the youth of Kashmir as Islamic fundamentalists have come to full surface when qualified Muslim doctors of Kashmir have exhibited it in the capital of India, the Delhi, in a broad day light performance, through a car bomb blast at Red Fort Delhi, killing and injuring many. The roots of these Muslim doctors have been traced to Kashmir, with their strong links in other major cities of India like Faridabad in Haryana and other such locations in other states in India. It cannot be a job of one or two persons. It is a big conspiracy and a plan which must be having its deep roots and master minds somewhere else, which can be the mother modules of Islamic terror, particularly Pakistan with a solemn link of such terror modules working secretly in Kashmir since decades. That is why the local political leadership in Kashmir and the majority Muslim population of Kashmir are not in favor of the return of displaced Kashmiri Pandits back to Kashmir. Dynastic politicians are giving joyous support to these new terror modules responsible for recent Delhi blasts, for their political consumption and growth to stay in everlasting power and continue to rule J&K, which they have been doing since decades. This is the root cause for the infusion of the poison of terror in Jammu and Kashmir, which does not show any sign of decline. The "doctors' module" has now triggered a talk of a new kind of "white-collar terrorism", in Kashmir. AK-47 Rifles have been recovered from the admirals of a qualified doctor in the government medical college Anantnag Kashmir. But it is not the first time that highly educated professionals have allegedly been involved with terror groups. Al Qaeda and ISIS are known for their affluent, highly educated cadres. The shadowy "Indian Mujahideen" too had a host of qualified individuals in various professions. Qualified Muslim Youth of Kashmir are copying and following it now. All such educated doctors, engineers and the like of Muslim base in Kashmir, have of late started to migrate to the posh locations of the planes of India, mostly Delhi and around and construct huge luxurious houses for themselves along with other luxurious facilities, apart from seeking lucrative jobs, thus making it to feel that they have come out of Kashmir for better living. But the purpose is different. The mission is different. It is now a most updated radicalization of these young educated Muslim youth of Kashmir, who have been trained to take terror to different parts of India, carrying a message that Kashmir issue as per them is alive. Who finances them, when they are coming from poor back grounds is a matter of investigation and probe. Allegedly it can be through so many sources like "Hawalla" and the like, being sponsored by Pakistan and its created terror modules, fanning terror in Jammu and Kashmir, or some other Muslim countries of the world, believing in fanatic fundamentalism of Islam. The Government of the day needs to act fast on this issue, if such radicalization of mass base is to be arrested somewhere. The recent car bomb incident is privy to such a situation, when the perpetrators of these terror acts have made a big base for themselves in Faridabad, Haryana, as also elsewhere nearby states, with a distinct link and corroboration amongst each other. It is surprising to note that these radicalized young educated Muslim youths as doctors, had managed to get established and employed in various educational institutions like Al Falah medical college through Al Falah university in Faridabad, which has remained a blanket mystery and secret till date. What are the secret agencies doing? Should they work or come forth after human lives are lost or mutilated. Unfortunate for the nation and its people. Once the detailed and a thorough investigation of this terror act of Bomb blast at Red Fort Delhi was started by the security forces and some suspected persons involved from Kashmir arrested or interrogated or taken for interrogations, scores of objections started .coming from the Muslim population of Kashmir when none other than the political leaders in power and opposition from Kashmir started condemning it with heavy hands. It was appearing that all such blasts were conducted at their behest. To quote instances in this regard, the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir in this regard is reported to have said as under:- The Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is reported to have said that a growing sense of stigma is pushing families to keep their children from studying or working outside the region. "When we are looked at with suspicious eyes from every side, when attempts are made to defame an entire population for someone else's actions, it naturally becomes difficult for us to leave," he said. He added that even routine travel is now fraught with fear. "Today, driving a Jammu and Kashmir registered vehicle in Delhi is being seen as a crime. When I do not have much security personnel with me, I think twice about taking my car out. I do not know if someone will stop me and ask where I am from and why I have come," he is learnt to have said. Such statements from persons of authority from Kashmir, belonging to the ruling political party, almost amounts to silently abetting and supporting such heinous acts of terror and its offshoots rather than curbing it. How can thus the militancy and terrorism in Kashmir be stopped and eradicated. This is very much unfortunate and sad a situation which has kept the infusions of terrorism in Kashmir alive. Rather than coming down heavily on all those Muslim doctors belonging to Kashmir and condemning them as also their links in Kashmir which are the master minds of such inhuman acts of bomb blasts at Red Fort Delhi, when about 15 innocent people lost their lives and dozens got injured, he choose an ultra barren path of ignoring it for his political existence as the crown prince of Jammu and Kashmir, as per his ancestral legacy to the throne of Jammu and Kashmir through his dynasty. It seriously hurts and pains the minds of all the peace loving people, particularly the Kashmiri Pandits, who are the worst victims of such terror acts, to listen to such statements of such persons as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. A suffered victim of terrorism from Kashmir will remind such authorities that this terror and its off shoots are the creation of these dynasty political parties of Jammu and Kashmir without any doubt. If Doctor Farooq Abdullah with a simple MBBS could rule Jammu and Kashmir for decades as a dynastic ruler, having got it through dynasty, what was stopping all such young qualified doctors of Kashmir or the other educated youth of Kashmir to become the Chief Ministers and Ministers of Jammu and Kashmir. If the son of the erstwhile Chief Minister can replace his father on the scale and horizon of dynasty, as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, why should not it apply to any other son of the soil of Jammu and Kashmir and become the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir? This has been happening in Jammu and Kashmir since 1947 when Sheikh Mohamed Abdullah assumed the reins of power of Jammu and Kashmir. All such situations of thrusting of forced political power by a few political dynasties of Kashmir on the general masses of Kashmir has led to the sad situations of terror and militancy in Jammu and Kashmir, apart from the radicalization of the youth of Jammu and Kashmir particularly in Kashmir, to take to guns and terror thereof. Sh. Omar Abdullah has a feeling that if he drives in Delhi, when he is reported to have said that "when I do not have much security personnel with me, I think twice about taking my car out. I do not know if someone will stop me and ask where I am from and why I have come." What a statement of wrong myth and appeasement of his voters in Kashmir for his power and political existence. It needs to be noted with concern that while he is saying so, he is equally asking for more powers for himself from the central government, as the chief minister by repeatedly asking for the grant of state hood to Jammu and Kashmir, almost from the same streets of Delhi. If he is disgruntled with the central authorities on its behavior with the Muslims of Kashmir, he should have given up his chief minister ship and taken recourse to sitting in protest on the streets of Delhi for the same. Equally he should have expressed a serious concern about the plight of the forcibly displaced KP's of Kashmir to who are now living in exile somewhere away from their homes and hearths in Kashmir, due to the militancy in Kashmir. Kashmir does not belong to the Muslim majority of Kashmir only. Better said than done is the famous proverb suiting such a situation for the worthy Omar Abdullah the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. Similarly an irresponsible statement is reported to have come from Mehbooba Mufti another so called dynastic political leader of Jammu and Kashmir for her political existence, when she is reported to have said that the troubles of Kashmir were echoed right in front of Red Fort with this Car Blast. It is a prejudiced statement having enough of anti-national sense 18 in it. She should speak with caution and care. She too has remained the chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir as also a member parliament from Kashmir. If she has now been rejected by the people of Kashmir for any authoritative political position in Jammu and Kashmir, how can it be helped? Such appeasement statements for the people of Kashmir, for her political consumption will not help her at all. She has ruled Jammu and Kashmir in alliance with BJP. Her father was the Home Minister of India. Why is she now reminded of Kashmir problem? She and her dynasty have since buried it under the carpet. She should refrain from making such statements which are anti national. A week after the Red Fort car blast, investigators are still piecing together an alleged white-collar terror module, the one that has revived fears of "home-grown" radicalization after years of security focus on Pakistan-based jihadi module groups of terror. With several doctors among those arrested, some are linked to Faridabad's Al Falah University, the case points to a network that may have quietly spread into multiple states, operating under the influence of a pan-Islamist ideology that agencies are still reluctant to name. But the base is Kashmir where it has been allowed to grow with a brazen and an open support of the locals mostly, as such activities can never remain hidden in a bigger organized society of multiple cultures, where the other communities also live and reside. The last terrorist attack in Delhi before last week's Red Fort incident was in 2011 was claimed by both the Bangladesh-based HUJI and the Indian Mujahidin. The arrests of these doctors, one of whom was confirmed through DNA analysis as the driver of the car that exploded near the Red Fort on November 10, have brought back memories of the clandestine, locally embedded terror cells that haunted India through the 2000's. The present attacks speak of the involvement of four doctors and a Maulvi, from Kashmir. The network began to unravel when Irfan Ahmad Wagay, a preacher at a mosque in Nowgam on Srinagar's outskirts, was arrested after an alert J&K police official noticed posters, ostensibly signed by a "commander" of the Jaish-eMohammed, pasted on walls in the suburb. The posters warned security forces of consequences and asked people not to help them. The police thus needed to be quite vigilant to anticipate any further damage for any further terror act to occur. But probably it could not happen. The accidental blast at Nowgam Police Station in Srinagar, which followed the Red Fort blast, killed nine people and left thirty-two injured, stands out as one of the most devastating internal tragedies the Jammu and Kashmir Police have faced in recent years. What makes this incident particularly painful is not only the magnitude of the destruction and the lives lost, families shattered, homes damaged, and a police station reduced to rubble, but also the fact that it occurred during an otherwise exemplary counter-terrorism investigation. DGP ruled out any possibility of a terror attack, and his statement has dispelled rumors and misinformation, but it does not hide the hard questions that the incident poses. The scale of the explosion itself reveals the gravity of procedural lapses. The blast was powerful enough to damage the Nowgam Police Station and destroy adjacent structures severely. With such events and acts of terror and killings of innocent human lives at the cruel hands of such terrorists belonging to Kashmir, it gives indications that Kashmir is again now on the Terror Boil and the radicalization has now taken a new turn, when white collar educated Muslim youths like doctors and engineers etc, are now in the command of such terror acts at a larger magnitudes. It is now quite scaring enough for the forcibly displaced Kashmiri Pandits to foresee that they may not now be allowed to return back to Kashmir with dignity and honor by such radicalized elements of new grade and size. The Government of India has now to seriously ponder over the issue and ensure a separate home land within Kashmir for the displaced KP's, for their safe and secured return to Kashmir with dignity and honor.
