There are terrorists And not-open terrorist sympathisers
Terrorist creates terror in a pre-defined manner with does not keep limitations, the terrorist thought process is, be as cruel as possible, to attain the objective. Therefore, a terrorist is as brutal, as cruel and as heinous as it could be. The practice, adopted by the terrorist, is be as uncivil as it could be, and then define the uncivility within the term of a glittering package And there will be a host of opinions under the garb of civility which will get attracted to the glittering package material than the devastation that exists within the package to support the terrorist. This class of 'civil people who see the package and not the devastation within, is more dangerous than the terrorist class. The uncivil terrorist is out - open and loud to harm humanity, but the terrorist sympathizer, under the garb of civil definitions, dangerously multiplies the inhuman and uncivil phenomenon of terrorist to fan the fire that spreads to burn the very concept of civility and peace.
A case in the instance-Shri Mohan Lal Mattoo, son of Shri Kashav Nath Mattoo, resident of Baba Pora, Habba Kadal, Srinagar, worked as Chief Librarian in the Medical College, Srinagar. Sensing the rule of terrorists in the province of Kashmir, their threats to kill males and physically abuse ladies of the minorities in Kashmir, especially the Kashmiri Pandits, he, along with his family, migrated to Jammu in 1990. It was 13th of June, 1991. He, at the behest of the then Principal, Srinagar Medical College, Dr. Ginja Dhar, went back to Kashmir to resume his duties at Medical College, Srinagar. Most of his colleagues were happy to find him back on his duty, but for a few who laid a trick to trap him for termination. It was first of July, 1991,, in the morning hours, the first day of his resuming duties, that he was invited for a cup of tea by some of his colleagues at the college canteen. No sooner was he seated and the tea was to be served to the team of colleagues, who had invited him to the cup of tea, a group of unknown persons entered into the canteen. One among them walked to this man, who had resumed the duty after coming back from Jammu. The man enquired, "Are you Mohan Lal?" He replied: "Yes, I am Mohan Lal" and that was all. The group closed in, pumped bullets into his body. Mohan Lal was down on the dirty floor of the canteen. Now the dirty floor was red with the blood of Mohan Lal. The canteen staff, the Medical College Staff, the police personal and many more came to the scene. Some of them drenched the soles of their shoes, red in the blood of Mohan Lal and went past to draw a steak of the blood that Mohan Lal had oozed out from his body. The blood streak was a victory for the terrorists and the uncivil society members, who under the garb of civility, sympathise with terrorists. The order of humanity in humane world was killed.
It is not a question of Hindu - Muslim - Buddhist -Christian-Sikh - Jain. It is a question of Humanity - Peace - Civility.
The procedures took place an FIR was registered with the Police Station Karan Nagar, Srinagar, Kashmir, under No. 20/91, under Sections 302-452, Ranbir Penal Code. The further progress in the case has been the same as in all such terrorist strikers. No one found guilty and No one punished.
We want Kashmir to be peaceful but give long rope to terrorists and their sympathisers to create terror. The state kept docile for killing of Mohan Lal Mattoo. Let Mohan Lal get killed - Let no one be punished, but we will say: Long live the Martyr Mohan Lal because Kashmir is land of the people who believe in Plural society, Humanity and Peace.
