UN resolution could not be implemented Because Pakistan, China didn’t vacate POK

America wants Pakistan and India should hold Bilateral talks. China supports this view. It adds that the UN resolution, relating to Jammu & Kashmir should be implemented, This can be done only after the first part of that resolution is implemented. That part says that the Pak armed forces should vacate POK. Presence of such forces in a region, which Pakistan, itself, says, is a disputed one, is violation of international law So is the Pak decision of ceding some part of that territory to China took possession of that area, knowing full well that the area was illegally occupied by Pakistan This illegal action by Pakistan and China needs to be set right Only after that can there be talk of the implementation of the UN resolution.
Talks between Pakistan and India are possible if Pakistan stops supporting and financing terrorism in Kashmir. Terrorism and talks cannot go together If that country wants to join the comity of law-abiding nations, it should return Pak-occupied Kashmir, a territory it occupied, by force, to its rightful owner - India. According to both international and domestic law, Pok is a legitimate part of India Pakistan has been describing this region as a disputed one and has not claimed that it is a legal part of Pakistan How long should that country keep a disputed area under its political thumb? India is the undisputed owner of the territory because its sovereign ruler, Maharaja Hari Singh, acceded to India He did so in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Independence Act, which allowed the rajas and nawabs of the pre-independent India to either remain independent, or accede to India or Pakistan. As the Nizam of Hyderabad did for several years, Hari Singh remained independent for three months. To ensure his independence, he entered into a stand still agreement with Pakistan. The latter country broke the provisions of that agreement. It sent tribal residents, supported by its army, to take control of Jammu and Kashmir by force To attain this objective, the invading forces killed hundreds of thousands of Sikhs and Hindu residents of the Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Baramulla and Srinagar districts. India went to the United Nations Organisation to ask Pakistan to vacate the area taken by force. The world body asked Pakistan to withdraw its forces from the area and then a referendum would be held there. Pakistan failed to comply with this suggestion for seven decades.
Pakistan continued to make use of force to grab that part of Jammu and Kashmir which it had failed to take in 1947. It fought three wars for the purpose, Indian defence forces gave a befitting reply. As a result, the Pak efforts came to a naught Then, it resorted to underhand means and organised a proxy war. It sent funds to residents of Kashmir who were ready to earn money and spread false Pak propaganda in the valley that Islam will be in danger if Kashmir continued to remain with India Mainstream political parties of Jammu Kashmir including National Conference, Indian National Congress and Bharatiya Jana Sangh exhibited opposition to this view. Pakistan, then, used terrorism as a means of attaining its objective the last quarter of 1989, it enacted false drama by announcing that the daughter of the Union Home Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed had been Top head of the Indian intelligence agencies, was aware of the falsity of the announcement. Yet, he advised the then Prime Minister V.P Singh to accept the terrorists' demand of releasing five hard core terrorists in exchange for the release of Mufti's daughter State Chief Minister of the time, Farouq Abdullah and his administration, opposing His plea was turned The terrorists were released. They went to Pakistan and started announcing through social media that the terrorists had defeated the Indian Government and it was just matter of few days when Kashmir would secede from India and become a part of These terrorists, also, organised secret campaign of driving Kashmiri Pandits away from the KPs' exile proved a disaster for their community. Many of its members died of snow bites and physical and mental It proved a disaster for the terrorists, too, in the long KP families spread through the length and breadth of India and of these succeeded informing the international community of the real situation in Kashmir.
In the programmes of providing help to the exiled community, Kashmiri Samiti Delhi acquired a leading large number of K.P. refugees had settled Delhi. Many of them became active members of the helped this organisation to pass on information, about the difficulties the community was facing, to the Indian Government and activist organisations the world outside. KSD work caused catastrophe for the terrorists. When such KPs were living in Kashmir they had to keep their mouths shut because they were treated as second-class Outside Kashmir, they attained equal citizenry and could present their grievances without fear. As a result, Pakistan became an isolated identity. All the 43 Muslim nations, except three, were sympathetic towards India.
