Dear Brother/Sister,

Namaskar. The struggle for survival of the Hindu minorities in J & K State has entered a new phase with Jammu region getting engulfed in terrorist menace along with the Valley of Kashmir.

It enjoins upon all of us to respond effectively to :

(1) ‘Anything short of Azadi’ — Prime Minister in Parliament;

(2) ‘No end of terrorism in J & K’ — Prime Minister in Kualalampur;

(3) ‘Pre - 1953 status’ and ‘Autonomy’;

{4) ‘Islamic fundamentalism, terrorism and subversion’;

(5) ‘Continuous threat of death and dispersal of the Hindu minorities in  

       district Doda and Kashmir, and

(6) Ensuing Lok Sabha Elections.

In this connection, it becomes imperative to articulate the aspirations of the Hindu Minorities in the J&K State in the new context. We initiate an exercise in this regard and as an important part of the process plan to release a Souvenir in a programme in near future.

You are requested to provide your assistance to make the project a success and also contribute by way of providing articles and other write-ups on the issue. We hope your response to forth come generously.
