You are aware that AIKS organ NAAD has been a non-priced publication, from the inception. Copies of NAAD were sent free to all affiliates and to members of AIKS and others.

The cost of printing and publishing is ever on an increase and without financial assistance we may find difficult to sustain it. The matter was considered in the last AIKS Executive Committee meeting when it was decided to makeNAAD a contributory effort.

In July and August, 1995 issue of NAAD it has been intimated that in order to achieve its goals, AIKS would continue to play constructive role to the best of our capacity. It is here that NAAD has to contribute its bit by giving vent to our community's aspirations, its problems and its present day sufferings. It also has to expose and counter the canard of lies and disinformation campaign that has been let loose against the Kashmiri Pandits in particular and on Kashmiris in general. Keeping in view the National Executive Committee decision to strengthen NAAD, it will be despatched free to all those who pay a voluntary donation of minimum Rs. 100/- p.a.

Accordingly I am sending herewith a copy of Special Number (September, 1995) with the request that you may kindly send your contribution. The amount maybe remitted through a crossed demand draft/or cheque payable at New Delhi favouring All India Kashmiri Samaj.
