I have gone through the March issue of the 'Samachar'. Please accept my heartiest congratulations on an excellent "Samachar" issue on your first attempt.

I am sure that you and your editorial board will keep on maintaining the high standards set by Mr. A.K. Kaul, ex-Chief Editor, Koshur Samachar, who took over at a time when it was a sinking ship.

I am sure under your able guidance, 'Samachar will reach new heights both content wise and quality wise.

I once again wish you all the success in your endeavour.
