Submission of Passport-size Photographs for Class 10th and 12th Students

As you know, Koshur Samachar aims to keep us connected and informed about our deadlines. community's latest developments, achievements, and events. In this regard, we have an important announcement to make.

We kindly request all the parents and guardians of Class 10th and 12th students within our community to submit a passport size photograph of their wards who have secured 90% above, which will be included in an upcoming edition of Koshur Samachar We believe that highlighting the accomplishments and milestones of our young students is crucial to fostering a sense of unity, pride, and encouragement within our community.

It will also serve as a source of inspiration for other aspiring individuals within our community To facilitate the process, we kindly request you share the latest photograph in passport-size format, and please write the student's full name, class, and school name while sharing it with us on our official email Id-kashmirisamitidelhi@yahoo.com.

Jyeshtha Ashtami celebrations

Kashmiri Pandit communities across different parts of the country celebrated the auspicious occasion of Jyeshtha Ashtami with great enthusiasm and devotion. The celebrations were particularly vibrant at Kheer Bhawani Temple in Tulmulla Jammu and Kashmir.

At Kheer Bhawani Temple in Tulmulla devotees thronged in large numbers to pay their respects to the presiding deity, Ragnya Devi. The temple, known for its serene beauty and spiritual significance, witnessed a festive atmosphere as devotees from various parts of the region. gathered to seek blessings. Devotees offered special prayers, performed religious rituals, and participated in the kheer distribution.

Meanwhile, the Kashmiri Pandit community organised a grand celebration of Jyeshtha Ashtami in some areas of Delhi and NCR Shri Vinod Ji(Bittoo Ji Jad), President of Shalimar Garden Association, and other KP community members came together to commemorate the occasion. KSD members were also present at the occasion.

The vibrant and diverse community of Sushant Lok, Gurugram also came together to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Jyeshtha Ashtami with great enthusiasm KSD would like to applaud and congratulate the organising teams for their efforts in bringing the community together and ensuring the success of the celebrations. Their dedication and hard work contributed to the joy and enthusiasm felt by all participants

Construction of Bhawan

We are thrilled to announce the construction of the new Kashmir Bhawan, a project symbolising unity and pride for the Kashmiri community. This monumental undertaking reflects our collective vision to create a space that serves as a cultural hub, a meeting place and a beacon of our rich heritage.

The raft work of the Kashmir Bhawan is going on and we are proceeding with subsequent stages of construction, bringing us closer to the final realisation of the Kashmir Bhawan.

Please stay connected for updates regarding the progress of the new Kashmir Bhawan, and prepare yourself to witness the emergence of a significant cultural landmark for our esteemed community. The construction of the new Kashmir Bhawan is a collaborative effort made possible by the dedication and support of our community members. AMR

Every year following the conclusion of the financial year we have observed a slight delay in the process of Annual Maintenance Relief (AMR) disbursal to our esteemed community members. The financial budget cycle concludes consequences. in March, and subsequent approvals are required for the upcoming financial year. The diligent team at Kashmiri Samiti Delhi is making every effort to ensure the timely disbursement of relief funds every month While we have successfully minimised delays during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, occasional delays may occur due to administrative transfers and associated procedural requirements.

Addition and Bifurcation in Delhi.

Kashmiri Samiti Delhi (KSD) has been tirelessly advocating for the resolution of a long- standing issue. The approval from the Government of NCT (National Capital Territory) has been pending with the Ministry of Revenue, Government of Delhi, and NCR for an extended duration. We hope the present government will expedite the necessary approval through the cabinet process.

We have received distressing reports from or community members regarding alleged mistreatment by revenue officials in certain districts, including Preet Vihar and Kapasera We promptly complained to the SDM HQ (Sub Divisional Magistrate Headquarters) in respotise. Our team has conducted on-site visits in several districts to ensure the smooth fcheting of the staff.

Kashmiri Samiti Dellu firmly upholds the principles of karma and maintains a non- approach. However, we have observed the lief issue in Delhi has unfortunately become entangled in political theatrics. We urge all relief beneficiaries not to be unwittingly drawn into this situation. Rest assured, we are vigilantly monitoring the developments and actively working towards a resolution.

It has come to our attention that certain individuals have been soliciting funds from the community. We emphasise that under no circumstances should anyone make any monetary contributions. Please be advised that Kashmiri Samiti Delhi cannot be held accountable for any such transactions or their consequences.

We remain committed to our community's welfare and will persist in ensuring a fair and equitable resolution. Your trust and support are of utmost importance to us as we strive for a positive outcome

Editorial Board Meeting

Kashmiri Samiti Delhi (KSD) team conducted a recent editorial meeting that served as an important platform for discussion and planning, where the editorial members gathered to exchange ideas and strategies for upcoming editions of our publication.
