Announcement Of Finance Minister Hailed

ASKPC hailed announcement of Finance Minister regarding employment to 15000 unemployed youths. In a meeting its Sr. Vice President, Sh. R. K. Raina, said "We welcome the decision of the Govt. but pointed out that the Govt. is silent about the relaxation of age bar of those educated youths who have since crossed the age bar".

The Govt. should specify the posts as per the qualification of the candidates and provide employment with security and safety and jobs should be provided at district headquarters where they will feel secured and normalcy. Sh. H. L. Chatta, Gen. Secy. also condemned stone pelting on the minorities at Baramulla, Kashmir. He expressed surprise about the fate of KP youths who are being encouraged for joining the jobs in the Valley.

Concluding the meeting stress was made not to link the employment of KP Youths with return process.
