Dear Editor,

I know not what happened to my suggestion published in your Editor's Mail Column of March '91.

On scanning last years issues of 'Koshur Samachar', the cover sketch of January 1991 'How' Long More? is still a question mark. Who is to answer it and when? The other one of Nov. '91 'An inmate of a migrant camp in Jammu' reminds me of Hitlers concentration camps of World War II. Indeed very horrible! I think you will agree that we K.Ps. now need more of positive action than mere high sounding words. I didn't like the pessimistic remark 'Bhatta is ignored by history and abandoned by fate'. After all, who is responsible for all this? Please elucidate and give us a lead.
