Editor's Mail - Decay in our moral

Sir,

Kashmiri Hindus left Kashmir at a crucial time when terrorism was going on. After reaching Jammu, they went to live in camps. Day by day it seems that there is a decay in the moral values of Kashmiri Migrants Kashmiri boys living in these conditions mix with bad company. They have become disobedient. They don't obey their parents and other elders. One more important factor is that the educated boys and girls don't get jobs and they are frustrated. Now their only job is playing cards. Also, the Kashmiri girls have become rude and affected by the new fashion. There is a bad impact of new films on both girls and boys. If the atmosphere continues like this the Kashmiri Pandit community will come to an end.

Yours faithfully.

Ram Krishen

(All praise for this little boy who has dared to express his inner feelings. We hope the message will be taken in the right spirit--Editor).
