Where is Peace

I want Peace,

But where is Peace?

Nowhere there is Peace:

We all have lost our Peace.

We left the Valley in search of Peace,

But have we really got Peace?

They thought they would live in Peace,

They hounded us out but lost all Peace!

They intrude here and there too: all lose Peace,

All tops appeal for Peace,

But all are deaf to sermons on Peace!

Suffering everywhere but no Peace!

Serene Swami (Amarnath) is in eternal Peace,

Watching us helpless in search of Peace!

We have got too worldly for Peace,

Could we buy a bit of Peace!

How can we get this jewel Peace,

Tell me if you have a clue to Peace,

I was born outside the Valley of Peace',

I yearn for this Valley of Peace!

But is the Valley really in Peace?

Is the cry for Azadi' a cry for Peace?

Is someone really anxious for Peace?

But the wise' all cry for Peace, Peace and Peace!
