High alert sounded to counter JeM activism during Ramzan

Fresh Intelligence alerts have warned that Jaish-e-Mohammad terror outfit is planning a major strike in the Kashmir valley during the holy month of Ramzan.
Following these warnings, the entire security establishment in Kashmir has been put in a state of high alert and fresh audit of sensitive religious places has been ordered to prevent any gruesome strike during Ramzan.
The targeted political killings and regular attacks on political workers have already created crisis situation for the State security establishment. A high level probe has already been ordered to enquire political killings in the State.
Meanwhile, to execute their terror plot, JeM cadre has been brought closer to the launch pads for sneaking inside the Indian Territory.
Keeping in view high alert along the Line of Control, the terror masterminds may opt for International Border for pushing JeM cadre inside the Indian Territory.
In the past also newly recruited terrorists have been pushed inside India via International Border and ferried to the Kashmir Valley via trucks and other transport modes to carry out strikes at vital defence installations.
Fresh intelligence reports also suggested that terrorist handlers have made operational several inactive launch pads along the Line of Control and imparting training to young recruits. 
As estimated 200-250 fresh recruits are currently undergoing training across these terror factories in PoK. Security of the National Highway between Jammu and Srinagar has been beefed up further and interior roads linking border villages with the Jammu- Pathankot National Highway has been put in a state of high alert to prevent any infiltration bid.
