Date:- 06 Apr 2018

Border Security Force (BSF) personnel arrested a Pakistani intruder inside the Indian territory near Kutch Border on Thursday early morning.

Confirming the arrest of a Pakistani national IG BSF (Gujarat Frontier), Ajay Tomar said that the intruder identified as Mohammed Ali and he hailed from Sindh Province of neighbouring country. Prima facie the intruder seems to be mentally unstable and can only speak Sindhi language, said Tomar.

The 35-year-old Pakistani was nabbed during his bid to enter Indian Territory by an ambush team of 79th Battalion of BSF at around 5 am. He was arrested from pillar 1123 of the international border situated in the desert area. He didn’t use any vehicle and tried to walk down. The BSF has initiated his interrogation to know his intentions and with whose support he ventured to cross international border.
